  1. Do I have to sign a contract?

1. What information will you need about my customers?

We will need a copy of any invoices, as well as Proof of Delivery (or a signed statement that the service or product was completed or delivered as asked).


2. How soon will you start on my accounts?

We will start on your accounts within 48 hours of receiving our signed agreement.


3. How long will you work on my accounts?

We will work on your accounts until we collect your money.


4. Is there a minimum on the dollar amount placed for collection?

Yes, our minimum is $250. However, if there are multiple accounts of yours that equal $250, then we accept that as well.


5. When will I know it’s time to take legal action and whose services do you use?

After multiple negative responses, we will review your files and come to a mutual decision to take legal action. We have partnered with a law firm, but we give you the freedom to choose any law firm you wish.


6. Are there any upfront fees or sign up charges?

No, you will not pay anything, unless we collect.


7. What if the debtor refuses to pay or disputes the debt?

If the debtor refuses to pay or has a dispute, we will provide them with documentation that you have given us, that will show the validity of the debt. If they still refuse, we may suggest legal counsel as the next step.


8. Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes, the Diman Financial Collection Agreement must be signed prior to doing business with you.
